TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF RETRACTED BRUSHES
The oldest brush making technology. Using the wire or plastic fiber the brush of filling material is manually attached to a pre-drilled hole and interlaced from the other side of the brush or the fiber is directly inserted into the pre-drilled hole.
Industrial brushes produced by this technology are recommended whenever a more productive punched technology cannot be used. These brushes are especially used in automotive and bus washing lines or for the renovation of older brushes where this technology has been used.
