BRUSHES FOR Glassmaking INDUSTRY

In this industry, brushes can be used for:

• Washing of flat glass using roller brushes punched or spiral, but also disc brushes. These brushes wash or sweep the glass after it has been produced.
• Cleaning of molds for bottles or other glass products. For this purpose are mostly used cotton twisted brushes, which, after they are soaked in an emulsion, are used for wiping molds, so that molten glass does not remain on them.
• Washing of bottles, for this purpose, are also used roller brushes but fitted with silicon fiber.
• Jewelry production uses spiral brushes and sealing strips.
• We shall not forget production of window panes that are transported by means of underlay battens (brush laths) and can be sealed using brush sealing strips.
• For all machines in the glass industry, we can also recommend our brush sealing strips and flexible lath brushes that reliably seal unwanted holes.
