BRUSHES FOR Communal and cleaning machines INDUSTRY

These brushes are used to clean roads, pavements, and public areas. In winter they are used to remove snow, in summer to remove dirt and dust.

From our production we recommend the following types of brushes for use as communal brushes: roller brushes, disc brushes, lath brushes.

INDIVIDUAL TYPES OF COMMUNAL BRUSHES

Roller brushes – these brushes can be delivered up to 850mm in diameter. A square insert is inserted into the roller body. Usually, brush segments of about 1000mm are provided, from which a complete brush is made.

METHOD OF DRILLING / STRINGING OF ROLLER BRUSHES

Most commonly, communal brushes are produced by covering the entire surface of the brush with holes fitted with filament material

Disc brushes – these brushes we are able to deliver in diameter up to 650mm of the body and 800mm of the string.
The center hole is drilled to the body for alignment and several screw holes for holding the brush on the carrier. The maximum fiber length is 350mm

Lath brushes – they are produced as brush segments that slide into metal semi-finished products and replace roller and disc brushes in certain applications.

For winter and special applications, the brush density is adjusted.
