Internal spiral brushes are used to clean surfaces of cylindrically shaped products – for example, tubes, hoses, but also wires. Another application is sealing of circular holes.

INTENDED USE

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF SPIRAL INNER BRUSHES

The inner spiral brushes are spun with the fiber in the direction to the center of the brush and are manufactured using tools with a given outer diameter of the brush. This is a diameter 50; 65; 95 or 105mm. In case of a diameter other than a serial one, we can produce a custom-made twisting form for this diameter
