PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF BRUSH SEALING STRIPS

Brush sealing strips are produced by pressing the filament material into a metal strip. Filament material is folded in the strip and attached by a supporting wire.

The standard length of the brush sealing strip is 1000mm, but we are able to produce brush strips up to 3000mm long or to cut them in shorter pieces according to the customer´s requirements.

The maximum visible length of plastic fiber is 110mm, for materials such as wire and natural materials we provide the information about maximum visible fiber length upon customer´s request.

For brush sealing strips we can supply high-quality aluminum holders in types h, F, and Y. For some of these holders, we are able to deliver natural or anodized aluminum.

For the rest of these holder types, we supply anodized aluminum.

We are able to drill holes or grooves into holders, shorten them at an angle to customer requirements.
