Flexible brush laths are designed for wide range of use, just like lath brushes or brush sealing strips. Most often they are used to cover or seal gaps, for example in machining centers.

The advantage over lath brushes and brush sealing strips results from the name, they are flexible, so it is possible to bend them within the technical possibilities and thus ensures the sealing of the holes with a certain radius.

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF FLEXIBLE BRUSH LATHS

Flexible brush laths are another type of punched brushes, so the body is made from a material which is suitable for the specified application.
Blind holes are drilled into the bodies. The filament material in the form of individual bundles is then fastened into these blind holes using staples (wires).
