Lath brushes are designed for a wide range of applications. Most often they are used to cover or seal gaps, for example in machining centers.
When fitted with fine material, they are used as underlay/base brushes for transport of fragile goods. In this case, it is possible to compose the brushes in large formats on the base brush plates.

In vertical use, the lath brushes are used to transport glass panels, in horizontal use for wiping loose materials or for grinding flat surfaces. Currently, we are able to offer laths of various shapes, underlay/base laths embedded in galvanized C profile which serves as a holder or as flexible brush laths.

INTENDED USE

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF LATH BRUSHES

Lath brushes are another type of punched brushes, so the body is made from a material which is suitable for the specified application. Blind holes are drilled into the bodies. The filament material in the form of individual bundles is then fastened into these blind holes using staples (wires). With this type of product, it is possible to lean the fiber to both the width and the length of the lath.

In case that the machine production described above is not possible, we are able to supply brushes produced by using the oldest brushmaking technology called retracting. This method is fully manual. Lath brushes can also be renovated in some cases, but due to a high amount of manual work, refurbishment may not be an effective solution.

In case that renovation is not possible we are able to arrange for ecological disposal and in most cases, we are able to produce new brushes according to a particular model.

METHOD OF DRILLING/STRINGING OF LATH BRUSHES

Lath brushes are most often produced with full strand / stringing, production in stripes etc is also possible.
The strand density can be influenced within our technological possibilities by spacing / the pitch among the drilled holes (their distances / their mutual spacing).

The density of drilling affects the price of the brush.
